Set a Drive schedule for each company
Choose daily, weekly, or monthly reading times in Manila time, with manual sweeps when needed.

Company admins can choose when Mendiola reads the company's Drive folder, instead of relying on one shared nightly time.
Choose the cadence that fits
Set a daily time, select weekdays for a weekly schedule, or choose a day for a monthly schedule. Times are in Asia/Manila. A monthly schedule set to day 31 runs on the last day of shorter months.
Choose Off when you only want manual sweeps. Sweep now remains available for an immediate read of the configured folder.
Check the next run
After saving, check the displayed Next run. The scheduled job starts within the five-minute scheduling interval after the selected time.
Folder access and sending controls remain separate. A schedule reads the folder; the company's sending configuration decides whether eligible work can reach Juan.
